Almost ready . . .

We delivered the dogs to my mother-in-law and sister-in-law today.  They'll be watching them for us.  (Hi Jerryne and Jennifer!)  This is a big deal because this year, we added to our family with an Irish Wolfhound puppy.  Freya is about 9 months old and weighs in at around 120 lbs.  Taking her on is a big deal.  Ruby, the Rat Terrier, is an easier dog to promise to watch!  We are so grateful!

I ran about a billion errands today (and still managed to forget some, too).  But, the motorhome is loaded and clean with food and clean bedding.  We'll add in our electronics and pillows in the morning and be off.

Well, after we load up the car we're towing behind the FMC.  It's going to carry all the extras . . . bikes,  bbq table, camping chairs, etc.

We'll probably hit the road around 10am . . . although our goal is crack of dawn!

I added a new feature to the sidebar of this blog . . . it's the blog equivalent of "Stick On States" -- those maps with bright colors that motorhomes have stuck on them that show where they've been.  I've got the states and provinces we've visited as a family in our FMC.

We'll be adding another state and probably a province as well . . . if all goes as planned!
